From 17th June 2026 the Dispensary phone will have a new system in place to make your prescription queries more streamlined by phone.
To make a prescription query by phone, please call the Dispensary number 01962 765096 option 3, within these times 10:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 17:00.
The phone will be answered during these dedicated times and has a queuing system now in place.
Please be aware that the Administration Team will no longer be taking prescription queries on behalf of the Dispensary.
You can also make written prescription queries via your green slip which you will have received with your last prescription. This can then be posted at the Dispensary post box to process for you. Alternatively, you can make a prescription query via your NHS App or by using the E consult app on our website.
Please be aware it takes up to 5 working days for your prescription to be processed.
