The Friends of Gratton have put together a list of all the groups and clubs which are available to our patients at either no, or very cost across the Practice geography.
It is hoped that this may help some of our more isolated patients to engage with their local communities. The practice will also be making our Care Navigation and Social Prescribing team ware of what is available in our rural area.
