If you are planning a foreign trip this Summer and think that you may require some vaccinations then please complete the Travel Destination Questionnaire as early as possible. This can be found on our website under the Clinics and Services menu or you can collect a paper version from the Reception Desk. We recommend a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the start of your trip for the nurse to obtain up to date medical intelligence and advise you of precautions to be taken. Some destinations require a course of vaccinations that can take a number of weeks to complete.
