Did you know lung cancer often doesn’t display until it’s too late? Spotting it early can make treatment simpler and successful.

Hampshire Hospitals are offering free lung health checks to those aged between 55 and 74 who currently – or have ever – smoked. Treating a problem earlier gives treatment a better chance of success.

If you are displaying any of the following symptoms contact your GP as soon as possible and book a test:

  • A persistent cough or change in your normal cough
  • Coughing up blood
  • Being short of breath
  • Unexplained tiredness or weight loss
  • An ache or pain when breathing or coughing
  • Appetite loss
